Debra Diane Shinder

I've lived in Rowlett since 2004 and have served on the city charter commission, bond committee, BoA, and currently the P&Z. I'm a former police officer and police academy instructor (NCTCOG and Eastfield CJ academy), turned technology analyst/writer specializing in cybercrime, security, and compliance. I've had several books published, as well as several hundred articles in tech and law enforcement publications. As I ease into semi-retirement, I want to be more involved and give back more to our community.
