Insurance Sales Representative
Brady Ingle's Award-Winning Farmers Agency in Rowlett is hiring an Agency Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
You would be responsible for handling incoming/outbound calls for potential new customers and generating new prospects for the agency. This includes outside marketing, generating referrals and the drive to educate and insure our customers in a way that fits their needs and protects their assets. All our Insurance Sales Representatives have the option to join our Protégé Program and work towards opening their own agency in as little as 12 months.
Compensation is salary plus commission with HIGH earning potential.
Bonus opportunities available starting day one!

Business and Sales Training will be provided.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus availaible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Self-starter, works well within a team or solo environment.
Personal Lines P&C License must be obtained before start date. We will help you with this process.
Life and Health License required within 60 days of hire date.
Ability to hit monthly goals/metrics.
Ability to receive feedback and adjust performance based on that.
Provide accurate information to policy holders and always maintain compliance.
Complete required trainings in allotted time frames and adhere to system usage.
Must be determined and self-motivated
Insurance or Sales experience is a plus but not required - willing to train the right candidate.
Must be coachable.
Must be able to multitask.
MUST have excelled communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced-high energy environment.
Efficient is MS Office.
